Charlene's responsibilities include day to day accounting and vendor management. She is also a capable production manager and negotiates working relationships and production rates with our selected sub-contractors. She has created and implemented project proofing, quality control guidelines, project scheduling and work flow management programs to make sure client projects go smoothly from initial concept, design and final production. Charlene is instrumental in forecasting future needs for the company and planning for new areas of expertise as well as hiring new team members.
