+ Petro Rubiales Energy Identity gets Bronze Award | Nov, 2007

Coastlines Creative picked up a Bronze Spotlight Award in the international LACP (League of American Communications Professionals) Spotlight Awards Competition for the new Petro Rubiales Energy Corp. Corporate Identity Campaign. The identity features a clean, strong wordmark and a clever logomark that depicts an oil drop, flame and wing – symbolizing strength, vision and trust. 

The 2007 Spotlight Awards Print, Video & Web Communications Competition drew an unprecedented number of submissions representing a broad range of industries and organizational sizes. More than 900 entries were received with winning entries from Yellow Pages, Sony Electronics, Merck, Cessna and Toyota among others. 

Communications materials were judged in peer-level competitions. The competition was judged by a field of communications professionals affiliated with LACP.  Their expertise spans a broad spectrum of PR functions ranging from corporate, executive, and internal communications for Fortune 500 organizations to product, service, and non-profit publicity expertise.
