Create Properties is a development company based in Vancouver, Canada dedicated to creating inspiring properties that enhance communities and enrich peoples’ lives. Create’s mission is to elevate the standard for quality, innovation and future-forward design to create a defining legacy on the city skyline. Coastlines helped develop a brand strategy and value proposition that communicated and celebrated their commitment to building exceptional homes. 

Our first phase approach was to develop a logo and identity that aligned with the strategy and an aspirational tagline — ‘Rise Above.’ The Create logomark is informed by a definitive and confident sans serif black typeface to reflect impact and clarity. The mark depicts an abstract ‘plus’ sign and also symbolizes a pair of wings. Create elevates the human living experience and is committed to innovation. We developed a storyline and narrative that we applied to the new website. We developed comprehensive brand standards guidelines outlining logo usage and placement, colour palette and sub-brand elements.
