Motion Canada

Working closely with Motion Canada and the team at Curve Communications, we developed an authentic talent brand that told the unique story of what it’s like to work at Motion Canada. The project included employee stories that shared ‘why they loved working at Motion Canada’ and ‘what it meant to work in a highly collaborative and supportive environment’.


We developed a fitting brand name – “Be A Partner” “être un partenaire” for the talent brand. This name gives the audience clarity on what the Motion Canada Talent Brand is – and importantly what it stands for.


The logomark places two ‘comment bubbles’ together signifying an open interchange of communication between two parties. The wordmark is easy to identify in both English and French. A comprehensive brand standards guide was developed to outline usage guidelines, standards and best practices.


Promotional materials were created for technical schools, career fairs and local communities. We collaborated to develop ‘referral programs, CSR workbooks, onboarding guides, awards, advertising and the motioncanadacareers.ca website.
